Tips For Chosing The Perfect Online Magazine Subscription
When one of my friends gave me an online magazine subscription to Scientific American as a present, I was a little bit disappointed. I have always liked scientific American, but I wasn't sure about magazine subscriptions online. I felt like I would not really enjoy online magazine subscriptions quite as much as I would like having the magazine in my hand. Although I spend a lot of time in front of the computer screen, I like to do my reading curled up on the bed. With an online magazine subscription, I simply would not be able to do that. I would have to sit up right in front of the computer, staring at the screen hour after hour, instead of flipping through a copy of the magazine at my leisure. It just didn't seem like the best way to do enjoy one of my favorite publications.
Nonetheless, once I got used to it I grew to love the online magazine subscription. Online magazines subscriptions really have a lot of things going for them that regular ones don't. First of all, It is easy to send clips from the magazine articles to friends or contacts. As a part-time book reviewer, having an online magazine subscription is great for me because I can take excerpts out of the articles. Another great thing about the Scientific American online magazine subscription is that it allows me to look at old issues. Back issue magazine access is a really fantastic resource. It means that I do not have to save copies of the magazine as I go along. Anytime I want, I can pull up old copies. I can even read back magazine issues from before I first got the online magazine subscription.
The best thing about online magazine subscriptions is the convenience. If you only have one magazine that you ever read, it probably makes sense to get it in a print copy. If you are like me, however, and enjoy reading several, you can probably manage your information better with an online magazine subscription. Rather than having to carry six magazines with you at all times, you can just simply sit down at a computer and log in to whatever online magazine subscription you want to read. You can read it to your heart's content. It really is convenient if you're on the go as I am. It greatly enhances my access to information.
